Originally from a corporate media background, Ben moved over to the construction industry 12 years ago and hasn’t looked back. Diligent and hardworking, he always makes sure the job gets done.
In his spare time, Ben can be found running around the country racing marathons.

Managing multiple projects from start to finish, Sam ensures every job runs smoothly and the service remains second to none. Calm under pressure and unfazed by long hours, he keeps everything firmly on track.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his family and attending car shows

With over 30 years of industry experience, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to the Interlock team. Renowned for his depth of understanding and practical insight, his experience is widely respected across the industry.
Outside of work, Dennis is a motorsport enthusiast and keen snowboarder, and enjoys spending his weekends tinkering with his classic car or riding his motocross bike.

Our newest addition to the management team, Madalin has recently been promoted from within the business, a testament to his dedication, capability and deep understanding of our operations. With a strong background on site, he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to the role, combining practical experience with a clear, solutions-focused approach.

Our Finance Manager keeps a watchful eye on the numbers so the rest of us don’t have to. Calm under pressure, allergic to unnecessary spending, and oddly excited by a well-balanced spreadsheet, Jody makes sure the sums add up and the lights stay on.
A self confessed petrol head, Jody enjoys nothing more than watching her husband clean her BMW.

Our Admin Assistant is the organisational heartbeat of the business, quietly making sure the right materials arrive on site, on time, every time. Master of diaries, delivery schedules and last-minute problem solving, she somehow knows where everything is and who ordered it.
In her spare time Val likes baking and chasing sheep around a field.
